Dr Matthew Di Blasi (Osteopath)
Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy)
Matthew's passion for Osteopathy began early on in his football career. As a keen young footballer, Matthew saw first-hand the injuries and pain associated with the game. His interest in the recovery process and how the body responded to pain sparked his passion for Osteopathy. Through his studies Matthew developed a deep understanding and interest in how pain is managed and how to optimise a patient's recovery.
While Matthew particularly enjoys treating sports and occupational injuries he loves the diversity that comes with working as an Osteopath. He takes pride in working alongside patients, encouraging them to take an active role in their recovery process. He draws on a variety of treatment methods including dry needling, cupping & shockwave tailoring treatment and management plans to the specific needs of the patient.
Matthew is a huge NBA and AFL fan who spends most of his spare time watching or playing sports, listening to his record collection and hanging out with friends.
